TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order Processing:
Orders will generally be processed the same working day before 1pm, or the next working day from when payment has cleared.
International Delivery Information:
For USA/Canada orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 5 - 12 working days.
For the rest of the world generally we expect your orders to arrive between 7 - 14 working days. However, please allow up to 21 working days from day of dispatch.
Conditions of Sale:
By completing a purchase the buyer agrees that Law Lock Tools Ltd will not be held liable or responsible for the use or misuse of any items purchased. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property caused by use of our tools.
We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice.
Privacy:
The Company highly regards the privacy of its customers, and therefore will never disclose any information it holds about its customers to third party organisations. See our Privacy Policy.
International Orders:
On your credit / debit card / payment statement, the charge will appear in your local bank currency. Our store will display the price in UK Pounds Sterling. Please select the region correctly so correct taxes and postal rates are applied; any mistakes and you may end up paying extra. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duty / tax or customs fee when charged. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for these fees.
You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us within 15 days from receipt of order.
All products are checked for quality control before dispatch however in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product from us please email info@lawlocktools.co.uk within working 15 days from receipt of your order. Please include your order number or reference. Please do not return defective products without authorization. In most cases a new product will be sent to you or we will swap your defective item for a new one.
Making a return is simple. Just return the item to the address on the packing slip and make a note on the packing slip explaining what you would like done (refund or exchange).You must notify us within 15 days of receipt.
Customers are liable for the return shipping cost of returned items. All returns must be accompanied by a relevant RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
